Cancellation policy

Required Purchase Options
Some products such as custom orders, limited editions, preorder items, or gift cards may include specific purchase conditions. These options will be clearly listed on the product page. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to any conditions associated with that item (for example: preorder timelines, non-returnable content, or made-to-order specifications).

Order Changes & Cancellations
We understand that mistakes happen. Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet shipped or begun processing through our distributors.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, whether from Cedar Leaf directly or via our distribution partners, it can no longer be cancelled, but may still be eligible for return according to our Return Policy.

Preorders & Special Orders
Preorders, backordered titles, and custom bindery work may have longer lead times. These items are generally not eligible for cancellation once production or fulfillment has begun.

How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation or change, please contact us as soon as possible at shipping@cedarleafbooks.com with your order number. We will do our best to help, but cannot guarantee changes once processing begins.
