A collaboration with our Japanese roasting team, Tokyo is a blend of our Ethiopian Nura Kurate Washed (lemony and bright, with honey and mocha notes) and Colombia Tolima (with a little more roast, sweet and clean in the cup). It’s the first time we’ve blended Ethiopian and Colombian coffees, and we’re thrilled with the result.
